Delivery Dates

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Refunds

If the Closed Circuit Television service provided by Premier Horse Video cannot be installed or is installed and cannot be made functional at the installed location, a full refund will be granted. If the Closed Circuit Television service is interrupted during a show and Premier Horse Video is unable to restore service, a pro-rated refund will be given.

Class Video Refunds

If Premier Horse Video encounters technical difficulties and is unable to record the full class ordered, a full refund for that class will be made. If Premier Horse Video encounters technical difficulties and is only able to record a portion of the class, a partial refund will be given.
